Levi Ring Bio

Levi Ring (b. 2002 in Boca Raton, FL) is a comic book writer and artist, as well as a screenplay writer and character designer who recently graduated with a BFA from the School of The Art Institute of Chicago, which he attended from Fall 2021 to Spring 2025. 

Levi’s love for comic books runs deep. At the age of 11, he was sent to a boarding school across the country, where he was lonely and scared. However, it was also here that he first discovered comic books, which led to a lifelong passion for the medium, and he knew that someday, he wanted to work in that industry. 

Levi’s biggest influences come from Adult Animated TV series such as South Park and Family Guy. He admires how they are able to shamelessly poke fun at things they believe are ridiculous, and he wants his work to be like that as well.

Outside of art, Levi enjoys playing Nintendo games on his Switch, as well as walking and building with legos. Overall, Levi’s goal is to one day work and succeed in the Comic Book and greater entertainment industry.
